Today only a few new properties came on the Summit County Market. There were three condos and two homes. There is a studio for sale in Hotel Breckenridge next to the Marriot and also a two bedroom home with a loft that looks over the town. In Keystone, there are two one bedroom condos, both in great locations in River Run. Copper also had a condo come on the market. Its two bedrooms and is in one of the older units but is centrally located and would pull good rental numbers. In Dillon there is a 4 bedroom home in Whispering Pines Ranch.
Good additions to the market but I would like to see some more larger homes in Breckenridge, Keystone, and Frisco.
