New Homes on the Market on Wednesday

Today was interesting as we did not have any condos come on the Summit County Colorado Real Estate Market. The most expensive new property is a five bedroom home in Blue River for just under $2 million. Located just south of Breckenridge, this is a great area for second homes and vacation rental properties. In Frisco, a new townhome came on the market. Its a two bedroom (plus a loft) and is listed for $450,000. Its an in-town location with views of the Mountains. In Antlers Gulch, a subdivision located just before Keystone Ski Resort, there is a 2 bedroom townhome for $389,000. These units tend to have smaller living spaces, but are a great way to break into the market as they tend to be priced a bit lower than and do not have the high association fees associated with the developments at the base of the mountain. Silverthorne also got a new addition to the market with a three bedroom duplex listed at $599,000. It has a two-car garage and great views of the valley and mountains.

For more information, you can always visit our Summit County New Real Estate Listings page to view the most recent properties added to our market.

Good post. It’s amazing how many realtors post complete junk. Some people spend zero time and effort on even the basic stuff like photography. Thanks for this amazing real estate blog.
